St Mary's was delighted to host a concert on the evening of 2nd December to raise funds for the Beatson Cancer Charity. Organised by Laura Mackie, the daughter of our organist Ronald, the concert featured the musical talents of Laura, her fellow students from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the choir from Woodhead Primary School in Hamilton. 

The evening's repertoire ranged from traditional Scottish folks tunes, through songs from the musicals to rhythm and blues. The church was packed with an audience who were thoroughly entertained.
